Widerrufsrecht
Sie haben das Recht, Ihre Buchung binnen 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen zu widerrufen, sofern es sich um eine Online-Buchung handelt und der Aufenthalt noch nicht begonnen hat.

Widerrufsfrist
Die Frist beträgt 14 Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsschlusses.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z. B. per E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss informieren, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen:

Folgen des Widerrufs
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, erstatten wir Ihnen alle erhaltenen Zahlungen unverzüglich, spätestens binnen 14 Tagen ab dem Tag des Widerrufs. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben.

Ausschluss des Widerrufsrechts
Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt vorzeitig, wenn die Leistung (z. B. Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft) vollständig erbracht wurde und mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen Zustimmung vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist begonnen hat.

Withdrawal Period

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you without delay, and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service (e.g. the stay) has already been fully provided and the execution began with your express consent before the withdrawal period expired.
